Some folks say "post pictures" I say "Why bother much?"
Anyone can take snapshots of vistas or whatever.
What matters is what the author THINKS about the topography, flora and fauna.
With today"s internet, why not just post a link to a related picture or relevant information?
So this picture may be the only one.
There we are, Mike and Gwen with our doorway window blazing like a beacon.
We are not so much moving away as moving "out"

OK then, don't post pics of beautiful vistas, or fantastic sunsets & sunrises, or beaches or trees and such. But surely you will meet lots of weird but photogenic people. Or see notably odd things, ugly cars and trailers, one-of-kind neon signs and the like. Would love to see some of those.

Take pictures of Oregon - I'm still homesick on a regular basis. Well maybe not this morning because the temp was perfect, the bay delightful and the people happy!
I'm heading up to Corvallis with the kids next week for a 9 day adventure-which means sitting on my friend's back deck in the woods of the coast range. The hummingbirds are friendly, the crows are loud and stars bright - she makes a good margarita too. Moments to cherish.
Looking forward to more input from Oregon and the rest of the USA as you travel. You know we would like as many pictures as you're able to post, please.

Though when BRUCE sends his updates they include things like a pic of him playing his concertina on the deck of Migration floating off the coast of Easter Island with a background of 15 Moai behind him. You got pics like that, send them...
